Pirate Armada Go For Gold at Carl Lewis Stadium

After a hectic 24 hours of organising resulted in last nights friendly match against HFA Premier side Houston Rangers, the match passed off with six goals and a return to action for the Galveston side after a two week lay off.

For coach Brendan Keyes, it was a chance to see new boy Taylor Lubianski in action but it was a makeshift side that lined up behind him in midfield which failed to feed him the ball to offer him the opportunities to open his account, but this may have more to do with the team still gelling together as a unit, but the signs were positive as they broke forward.
